Lesson & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a lesson.
     

  • Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

Make-Up Lessons

  • If notice is given, I will offer a make-up lesson where possible.
     

  • Make-up lessons are subject to my availability and are not guaranteed.
     

  • Make-up lessons must be used within the same term.

If I Need to Cancel

If I need to cancel a lesson:

  • I will offer a make-up lesson, or
     

  • Provide a credit, or
     

  • Provide a refund for that lesson.

Illness

  • Please do not attend if the student is unwell.
     

  • I may offer an online/Zoom lesson as an alternative when appropriate.

Public Holidays

  • I do not teach on public holidays unless agreed otherwise.
     

  • Term fees will be adjusted accordingly.
