By enrolling in lessons with Hands On Piano, you agree to the following terms. Hands On Piano is operated solely by Robyn Wilson (“I”, “me”, “my”).
Lessons

Lessons are held weekly at the agreed time.

I teach children and adults of all ages and levels.

Parents/guardians are welcome to sit in on children’s lessons if they wish.
Payments

Lessons are billed on a term basis unless another arrangement is agreed.

Payment is due by the start of each term.

Missed lessons are still charged unless covered by my cancellation policy below.
Rescheduling

Lesson times may be changed depending on my availability.

If I need to reschedule a lesson, I will notify you as early as possible.
Student Expectations

Students should arrive on time and bring any required books or materials.

Regular practice between lessons is encouraged for the best progress.
Right to Discontinue Lessons
I reserve the right to discontinue lessons if:

Fees are unpaid

A student repeatedly misses or cancels lessons

There are behavioural or safety concerns

If I discontinue lessons, I will refund any unused term fees.
